Eric Gibson was born and raised in Maryland. He graduated from Mount Saint Joseph High School ('98) where he played baseball. He then attended Gettysburg College ('02) as a Presidential Scholar and earned his bachelor's degree in both Sociology and Business Management. After graduation Eric was an intern with the Non-Profit Empowerment Project, a Documentary Film Production Company, in North Carolina and also worked for the North Carolina Public Interest Research Group. Eric received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law ('07) where he was a Dean's Scholar. It was in law school where he met Anne, his wife, and Gibson Law Group partner.
Eric and Anne returned to Anne's hometown of Lancaster, Pennsylvania where they married and live with their two children, a son and daughter.
Eric Gibson's first job as an attorney was in the Berks County Public Defender's Office representing indigent clients. Eric has always believed public service is important. As both an appellate and trial attorney with the Public Defender's office Eric has years of invaluable courtroom and writing experience. Eric has handled of family divorces and custody cases over the last 10 years an draws upon his extensive background and experience, to practice criminal and family law with a unique personalized approach to client representation.
Eric Gibson knows the most important aspect of quality legal representation is having a complete understanding of each client's needs and goals.
